Armed with curiosity and a researcher's mindset, they conducted in-depth interviews with over 100 L&D leaders across industries - from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing startups, from traditional manufacturing to cutting-edge tech companies.

The Birth of "Flow of Work"
These conversations became the foundation for our book, "Flow of Work" - a deep dive into what actually makes learning stick in the modern workplace. Through hundreds of hours of interviews, patterns emerged that challenged everything we thought we knew about corporate learning.

What we discovered was startling

The most successful L&D programs weren't the ones with the biggest budgets or fanciest content. They were the ones that understood something fundamental: learning happens in the flow of work, not outside of it.

"I remember the exact moment," recalls our founder. "I was interviewing Sarah, an L&D director at a mid-sized logistics company. She told me about their most successful training program - it wasn't even officially a 'program.'
